  • We are not responsible for data loss; please back up your device before submitting it for repair.

4. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service or at the time of purchase.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Unused accessories may be returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.

  • Refunds for devices are only provided if the product is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • No refunds are offered for completed repairs unless the issue is due to a fault on our part.

6. Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made via phone, online, or in person.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

7. Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs due to customer misuse after repair.
